This document describes how Myshare Financial Services Pty Ltd (Myshare) manages personal information.

Myshare only collects personal information that is necessary for us to perform our functions and activities which consist of the provision of cause-related involvement options, financial services, telephone, internet, mobile phone, energy and related activities.

The kinds of personal information Myshare collects and holds will depend upon your dealings with Myshare and the circumstances in which it was collected. Myshare respects your privacy. • other organisations which participate in the activities of Myshare.

Myshare may also use your personal information to provide you with information about other products and services offered or distributed by the Myshare Group. Myshare will not otherwise, without your consent, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to the offer, provision and improvement of Myshare services and benefits to you or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time.
