For customers with more demanding requirements, Myshare can tailor a solution based on dedicated hosting or co-location. Dedicated hosting offers customers a high-performance rack-mounted server pre-installed with Windows 2000 or Linux with full administrative access. Should any of the hardware in a dedicated server fail, Myshare will replace it in a timely manner at no charge to the customer. Co-location offers customers rack space within which to house their own equipment, which in addition to servers might also include routers and firewalls.
